A user sends a message via Facebook Messenger
The message is received by n8n through a webhook
n8n connects to OpenAI and generates a dynamic reply
The bot replies back to the user via the Messenger API

All data received through Messenger is processed in real-time solely to generate automated responses.
This bot is used by a local business to help users select and purchase socks.
